To all staff member ,

I would like to thank the school for their support on my son’s academics, I also appreciate every member of staffs contribution throughout the term.

I will continue to support xxx to be a good ambassador of Lift Bexleyheath and always encourage punctuality and attendance.

Thank you very much.

Please share this with all of your staff members.

I wanted to share a heartfelt thank you to everyone that has supported my son during his first few months at your school. xxx struggled at his previous school and found it hard to fit in and adapt to the school culture. He didn't always want to wake up and go to school and would never want to talk about school at the end of the day. We know that behaviour was not great at the previous school and this did not help as I think this is why xxx was often overlooked.

Your school has systems and structures that make it seem strict but what it provides a child like mine is a safe place to be which a very much appreciate. xxx talks about his teachers and pastoral manager all the time. xxx also talks about the headteacher helping in the canteen and sharing a joke or two which is unheard of but adds to the great environment you have created. I have truly been impressed so far and will definitely be recommending the school to friends.

Dear Ms Luthfa,

It was wonderful to receive your email this morning recognising our efforts as a family in making sure students are coming to school daily.

Thank you for taking the time to contact me to recognise the work we do as a family. It is lovely to know that it is noticed and seen. Praise goes a long way even for adults!

We look for another successful term of attendance and look forward to seeing you at Parents' Evening this term.

Dear Team,

Just looked through the new report and all I can say is fantastic. You have listened to feedback and here you go.

Something I have always been amazed with is the level of communication that I receive as well as the amount that you listen and respond to. In a world of complaining, you always made reasonable changes to make the school a better place.

Thank you for your hard work and I hope you all get some rest over the holidays.

Dear Ms Luthfa,

It is great to see the students each week and what they are getting up to through the latest news on your website.

As a family, we love the charity focus you have every half term and it was lovely to see the photos of the children at the school with the residents of parkview enjoying the donations that have been made by the community. These days you do not often see the connection between children and the elderly and the spirit you have  in the school to make this a continued relationship each year is wonderful.

Please pass on our thanks to your team for all their hard work in making sure you develop our children in not just education but also making them better individuals through the charity work.

Dear Mr Uwaechi,

I am so pleased that xxx has done so well and well done to the team.

xxx suffers from anxiety and for her to be able to do this is a big achievement in more ways than one.

Thank you for giving her the opportunity as well.

I wanted to reach out to let you know about some of your students. Today, I was parked outside of your school gates waiting for my child who goes to the local primary school. What I observed was great, there was a group of students standing outside of your gates that were not only picking up litter but greeting people with kindness.

I am not sure if this is something that they were asked to do and I do not think it was but it was lovely to see. You do not often see kids saying hello to people or telling them to have a great day. I also saw them speaking to other students and telling them to have a lovely evening.

Great manners!

During a recent visit, I was impressed by how confident and courteous the students were. They represented Lift Bexleyheath extremely well.

Lift Bexleyheath students show genuine kindness and consideration for others. Their behaviour reflects the strong values and high expectations of the school.

Dear Ms Dello Buono,

I wanted to reach out after our call earlier this week. Thank you for taking the time to answer my questions but I wanted to take time in this email to highlight the positives about the school.

The sense of community at Lift Bexleyheath is fantastic. As a parent, I feel listened to and valued, and it’s clear the school works in partnership with families.

Since joining Lift Bexleyheath, my child has become more engaged, motivated and confident. The school provides a calm, structured environment where students can succeed.

I look forward to our continued partnership to making sure that xxx is successful.

Dear Ms Luthfa

I have worked for the council for years and come across all the students from the local schools.

Lift Bexleyheath students consistently set a positive example in the community. Their conduct reflects a school that clearly places a strong emphasis on character and values.

Please share this with them.

Dear Ms Luthfa,

I have attended two SEN drop-in clinics and one Year 7 drop-in clinics this half term and they have been great. I am a mum that was worried about my xxxx going to a large school like your with her needs and it has been such a nice process from the moment we came to see the school this time last year. xxxx attended every event available and it was great because there were things for me to get involved in.

People were WRONG when they said it was hard to get information about your child or speak to someone at secondary school because all I can keep telling them is how time you have given me and my girl.

Parents' Evening was a lovely event and everyone was so kind. I love DPR and it is so good that teachers went through it with me, now I what to do at home.

Please can you tell everyone how great they are.

Good Evening Ms Dello Buono,

Just wanted to quickly say that I think Parents' Evening was great. This is the first one I have had onsite at the school and it was good to put faces to names.

Staff were kind and polite and accommodated me even if I did not have an appointment.

I just wanted to say a big thank you for making this event happen.

Dear Miss Luthfa,

Thank you for taking the time to call me this evening. It was nice to know that you have taken feedback on board about the style of reports we are getting. I look forward to seeing the example in Latest News at the weekend.

I did not realise how many different ways there are to know how my kid is doing and I can only apologise that I am missing the detail in the communications that you are sending out to get hold of this information. But, it is amazing to know all the ways I can access this information is a way that I understand it best.

As promised, I will share this information with other parents.

Really look forward to seeing you at the gate soon!

Dear Ms Chiculita,

Thank you very much for your email.

We are delighted that xxx has made such significant progress over the last 6 months.

It seems that the support the school has provided xxx is paying dividends. On the home front, we have been doing our utmost to encourage xx to keep on reading and support him with being more conscientious in doing his homework. He is currently reading George Orwell's "Homage to Catalonia", which is not only enriching his vocabulary, but he is also learning about the Spanish civil war.

Thank you very much for taking time to write to us and update us on xxx's progress, it is greatly appreciated.

I wanted to say what a brilliant experience this has been so far and how well do you communicate with families about everything. This is not the experience that we have had at primary school so this has been a great start to our secondary school experience.

He's enjoying his lessons and clubs and I feels really lucky as not all her parent friends in other schools are having the same experience.

Just wanted to share.

Dear Team Lift Bexleyheath,

I have just had a wonderful experience of your students and I wanted to share this with you. I also wanted to make sure that xxxx, xxxx, xxxx & xxxx in Year 08 are given the recognition that they deserve.

I was struggling with my shopping and my two toddlers as I was walking down the street. In my head I was worried about them possibly running into the road, your students saw this and walked over to help. The were kind and polite and helped me cross the road and got me to the bus stop, they offered to wait until I got on the bus. They truely cared about me getting on the bus safely with my children.

It is lovely to see this type of care and I can only think it is th parenting and the school environment that would create this type of behaviour.

Please praise them when you see them.

Dear Ms Luthfa,

I wanted to let you know how amazing your staff have been for xxx. Ms Ikuesan and Ms Chiculita spend time with xxx and me this week making sure that xxx was ok and ready for school.

They thought of everything that could be a problem for him next week and sorted it out so there was no excuse not to be ready for the first day. You knew how much I struggle with getting xxx back to school and you did not than I could imagine to make it easier for me as a parent. You staff are brilliant.

I look forward to getting xxx back to school lol!

Mr Rai,

I need you to know how much your calls meant during the holidays. You called xxx every week to check in on his and I makes my heart warm to know you did it to make sure he was doing ok during the holidays.

I also appreciate the food parcel you dropped off this week. It means a lot and was very helpful in the final week of summer which is a struggle.

Dear Bexleyheath Community,

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the food parcel my family received. It was such a thoughtful and generous gesture, and it made a real difference to us.

Knowing that the students took the time to collect and prepare these parcels means so much. It’s wonderful to see young people showing such care and compassion for others in their community. Your kindness brought not only practical support, but also a sense of hope and comfort during a time when it was truly needed.

Acts like this remind us that community spirit is alive and well, that by working together and looking out for one another, we can make a genuine difference in people’s lives. Please pass on my heartfelt thanks to all the students who contributed. Their efforts have been deeply appreciated.

Dear Ms Luthfa

I just wanted to drop you an email to acknowledge some of the excellent teachers who have made a real difference to xxx’s first year at BA.

She had a rocky start to the year and really struggled to settle into year 7, I think mainly due to the size of the school and the huge change from primary school.  However, there have been a few teachers who have really understood her and worked with her to build  her confidence and get the best out of her.  I have emailed the teachers directly to say thank you (the ones we haven’t managed to get an appointment with on Thursday) but I feel you need to be made aware of these teachers as it is clear what a difference a supportive and encouraging teacher can make.

Firstly I have to acknowledge the huge support Ms Arthur was over the first few months – I had to call on her a few times and she was always extremely quick to respond and extremely understanding and caring of xxx and it was a huge relief to us to know she was looking out for her.  It was year 7’s loss when she moved year group.

Ms Golding has also been very helpful in recent months when xxx had a couple of issues and again was very understanding and quick to respond.

Then I have to mention how encouraging the following teachers have been to Ava:  Ms Caba, Mr Asemota, Mr Ridout, Mr Echianu.  Also Ms Liu who has understood xxx’s lack of confidence in drama and supported her in this.

I know people are very quick to get in touch to complain about things but I wanted to acknowledge these teachers who have helped xxx get through the year.

Dear Ms Luthfa

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the incredible experience I have had during my teaching placement at Bexleyheath academy.

My time here has been truly amazing. From the outset, I have felt welcomed and supported by a strong professional network, which has made a significant difference in my development as a trainee teacher. The school offers excellent resources and promotes high levels of learning, creating an environment where both staff and students can thrive.

In particular, I would like to acknowledge the Humanities department, and especially Rone and Esma, for their exceptional support, guidance, and encouragement throughout my placement. Their expertise, kindness, and willingness to share knowledge have been invaluable to me, and I have learned so much from working alongside them.

I have only positive things to say about my placement. It has been an enriching and inspiring experience, and I would definitely consider teaching here in the future if the opportunity arose.

Hello Ms Andra Chiculita,

Thank you so much for the invitation to the EBSA workshop for families. I’m delighted to let you know I attended the previous workshop on supporting neurodivergence in young people.

It was an incredibly insightful session and I love the fact that you are taking time to teach parents about these things during a time that there is a concerns around young people and what they are experiencing. It is hard to know what to think or do as parents but the school has provided us with opportunities to learn and meet parents that might be experiencing or questioning the same thing.

Good Evening,

I just wanted to drop you a quick line to say a big thanks to the PE team for such a great session today. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly, and made a real effort to ensure all guests felt involved.

I enjoyed the opportunity to see the sports facilities at the school, and hear about the initiatives the team are putting in place to support the students long-term physical health and development. They are clearly very passionate about what they do, and what the school is trying to achieve.

I can’t say I enjoyed ‘running’ around the track (twice!) but I really appreciated the opportunity to engage more with the school, so thank you.

Dear Ms Luthfa

I just want to express my gratitude once again for the continued support that Ms Chiculita provides not only for my child but for me as a parent also. The advice and guidance is phenomenal.

The communication yes is timely but more incredibly so, to have someone who actively listens and is determined to find solutions is beyond what I had hoped for particularly from such a large school in a two tier academic environment.

Thank you and I hope that leadership will continue to support the SENCO provision for all pupils who need it.

Hi Mr Choudhury

Just wanted to say thank you so much for putting on the tours.

I found the one tour today really helpful. I was unable to make the initial viewing with my husband and child in September and so this tour was really welcomed. The school was very accommodating to what we needed.

I was really impressed with what I saw on a typical day at the school. With the number of tours you put on, it was great to see that this is what a typical day is like which helped me make my decisions about the school for my child.

Dear Mr Choudhury,

I would like to take the opportunity to thank you for taking the time out of your day and the two great pupils, to show us around.

The Academy has a very nice atmosphere, in a fantastic location regarding all the green space.

Every class we looked in gave the impression the pupils where very much engaged with the teacher, the varied sports are a bonus.

The approach to pupil  conduct is one to be  applauded. But most of all my son xxx came away with a great big smile, the visit relaxed any "fears of big school".

He is very much looking forward to starting his exciting new adventure.

Dear Ms Delver,

It was such a great to come and see your school. The systems you have for managing attendance and behaviour are consistent and because they are consistent, your school is a great place to be for both the staff and the students.

Lessons were disruption free and students were engaged.

There are so many ideas that I have taken to take back to my school. I am very grateful for not only the time you gave me but for arranging for me to meet a range of different staff members that knew the systems and embedded them.

It would be great if more of our staff can come and see your school. I look forward to seeing you in the future.

Dear Mr Choudhury,

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to you and the entire team for organising yesterday’s Masterclass for the Year 6 pupils.

This initiative is truly invaluable, providing students with an incredible opportunity to enhance their learning and build confidence.

My daughter, xxx, found the Masterclass both helpful and enjoyable. It has noticeably eased her anxiety about the SATs, as she had been feeling quite stressed and spending late nights studying.

I truly commend you for your dedication to the community and hope that this wonderful initiative continues, as it is making a meaningful and positive impact on the children’s education and well-being.

Please also extend my gratitude to Mr Kirby as he took time out to answer some of my questions.

Hopefully I will see you next year as I have a daughter currently in year 5.

As always, thank you so much for all you and the rest of the BA staff do for xxx. He had, possibly, the best year 7 in a history of year 7s. I have older children that did not go to BA and it is making me which they had attended here.

I have to say, social media is awful at spreading fake news about the school and this is why I did not send them here. However, speaking to reasonable parents and looking through your Latest News weekly, you get a real sense of what the school is like which helped me choose the school. It is not the school people paint on social media and people need to know this. Thanks to all your hard work and care that you give my child and all the other children in your school.

Forever grateful.

Good Morning,

I hope all is well. I am emailing today to pass on what was a lovely experience with one of your students yesterday.

Around 8am Tuesday morning I was taking my little girl into Busy Bees nursery with my 6 month old in tow in the pram. A delightful young man wearing the BA uniform was also at the nursery (I believe he has a relative that works there).  He saw me coming towards the door and very kindly opened it for me to let me through. He was just so kind and so pleasant. There was then a second set of doors which he also waited and offered to open for me asking if he can help me at all. I feel that school children are often given such a hard time about their behaviour or manors but this young man was just wonderful. He's setting a lovely example to the others, and the school and his parents should be very proud of him.

I'm not sure if you'll be able to find out who this boy was as all I know is he had the uniform on alongside a few badges and may have a relative working at Busy bees nursery. But if possible, I'd love this to be passed onto him. He really made my day in the morning with his kindness!

Good Evening Dr Lucas

Firstly I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and all the teachers at BA for the extra support given to my son. xxx tells us about you and how positive you make him feel.

xxx has attended all booster sessions provided and he has definitely become more positive about his ability as a result.

He will be attending the sessions you have remaining even on his birthday! Ha! He said he would rather be in Booster as it is fun, we can celebrate after Booster!

Thank you for everything you are doing for my boy.

Dear Ms Luthfa,

Just a note of thanks for enabling the senco team to deliver such an incredible and informative session this evening about ADHD.

I am so grateful the school is willing to acknowledge and support students with any neurodiversity but also help us parent and collaborate with the school to support our child's education.

I did thank the team yesterday but also wanted to highlight to yourself how amazing they are.

Thank you again for your support at leadership level. Please continue it is crucial.

I just wanted to say a massive well done to the polite boys who were on the maths part last night at the option meeting, they was so helpful and gave out some great advice to me and my daughter.

It was great to see the students talk about each of the subjects and talk about their experiences. This made it so much my easier to understand the student experiences. It is the best set up for this kind of event.

Dear Ms Luthfa,

What a lovely school you have!

The student leaders were a dream as they spoke about the schools mission.

Wherever I went, the classrooms were calm and purposeful.

The focus group later on in the day echoed everything that I had seen and heard from the student leaders. Students understood the why of all of your initiates which is unusual and yet enlightening.

Keep up the great work and make sure that spark never dies.

On behalf of the broadway, I want to say a big thank you for consistent support in making sure that students are respecting the community.

Your children are lovely and this is becasue of what you do in school but also your presence in the community. We always look forward to seeing your Principals pink high vise but also your other teams colours after-school. You stop your students from becoming the ones we have issues with and I wish the other schools in the local community showed a commitment to the community like you guys do.

You were kind to him which is what he needed after the Christmas we have had and you were so generous with stationary making sure he had everything he needed to come back to school tomorrow.

You have a lot of students to deal with but thank you for taking time to deal with mine.
