Students who study Art or Photography will gain a wide range of practical transferable skills that prepare them for any further venture. Students develop a better understanding of the world around them and explore their own creativity through investigations that stretch and challenge their perceptions. Art and Photography are growing subjects that relate to almost any modern career path.

Qualification: BTEC Level 3 National Extended Certificate in Art and Design.

Exam Board: Pearson.

Entry requirements

  • 5 or more GCSE (or equivalent) qualifications at Grade 4 or above incl. Maths and English
  • Pass - Distinction (4+) in Art and Design or a portfolio of evidence if the Art hasn't been undertaken
