Sport studies has seen a big increase in course provision since 1990. It is a popular career sector with high demand for expertise in performance analysis, business management, and community engagement. The subject helps students understand and solve societal challenges while working out how the body responds to physical activity.

Qualification: Level 3 Cambridge Technical Extended Certificate.

Exam Board: OCR.

Entry requirements

• 5 or more GCSE (or equivalent) qualifications at Grade 4 or above incl. Maths and English.
